I’m a PhD student at Applied Linguistics now, holding a bachelor degree of teaching Chinese to speakers of other languages.

I will listen to the students need, verify their proficiency levels first, then come up with a teaching plan agreed by the students, and flexibly tailor the plan during teaching when necessary. I will endeavor to make the process of language learning both efficient and interesting. I’ll consider the students’ interests when I develop the teaching materials. I’ll design small tests after a study phase (e.g. three months), to see whether they have made any progress and whether the teaching plan needs to be changed in any way.
