Part-time University student: Natively English, looking to help others to flourish within the language

I am currently studying part-time in an English Literature and Creative Writing Degree, however, I am interested in other languages and cultures. It would be extremely beneficial for me to help others speak and write as they would like to. Studying Dutch part-time has made me realize the difficulties of learning a language and how claustrophobic it can feel with the lack of access to certain words, especially when it is a necessity.

Therefore, I would like to think that by teaching English to non-native speakers, I would be able to make students feel comfortable in their environment, and speech and excel in areas of writing as well as they see fit. I would be extremely patient and nurturing in this role, and my only goal would be to guide my students in a way that helps us grow together.
