Helping anyone with learning English

Recently reset my English GCSE at an A* so relevance to those grasping the language for the first time. Also spent 10 years working in customer service speaking to people from all walks of life with many communication styles and also within healthcare with people that have limited communication if any at all. My brand is about you… working with you to find your preferred way of working with my skills which have helped me be able to communicate despite the challenges. I’m very patient and understanding.
