Hello, my name is Ruth Anne, and I was born and raised in the Philippines, where English is the official language. I've been teaching for about 7 years now since I finished my bachelor's degree in secondary education with a major in English, and I received my TEFL and TESOL certificates in 2019! I've been an English teacher for about 7 years, 3 years in a traditional classroom and 4 years online. General English, Business English, English Conversation, English for Kids, IELTS, TOEFL, PET, FCE exam preparation, and Professional English are some of the subjects I teach. I can honestly say that I adore this job. I have students at various levels of proficiency in a variety of institutions. I am well-versed in ESL teaching methods and classroom activation techniques. In an international classroom, I teach students from various cultural backgrounds. When it comes to my teaching style, I take a student-centered approach, ensuring that my students are never bored while learning English, and that you will achieve your learning objectives.
