I give private lessons as well as online lessons. I teach 6th grade math. I am an engineer and I have a MBA.

Good afternoon, I will start the class by a bell work for few minutes. After the students finish their bell work, I will go over the bell work for a couple minutes. Then. I will start the lesson by a guided instruction problem . Then I will give my kids another problem to do by themselves while I look at their work while they are doing it. Then, we will go over the problem together by asking pertinent questions how to approach the problem. I will choose randomly a student to go over his answers with the whole group. Then, I will explain the problem step by step. After the explanation, I will give them an exit ticket to see if they understood the lesson.
