I am a private tutor, personal trainer, nutrition coach and teacher. I tailor all of my lessons to my clients specific needs and requirements. I have lots of experience in working with a range of individuals over a range of topics. I have a masters and a bachelors degree in sport and exercise science. In addition I hold qualified teacher status (QTS) in secondary physical education. I hold the NASM Level 3 Personal Training Certificate and NASM Level 4 Nutrition Coach Certificate.
