I am a Personal Personal Performance Coach. My coaching is aimed at those who need a handrail to guide them through the decision making progress at key milestones in life.

Private 1:1 coaching. I deliver future focussed coaching to maximise an individual’s performance and potential. I focus on building self awareness, developing realistic options and facilitate efficient decisions and action. Through coaching, my clients make the right decision for them far more efficiently than if they were to go it alone. I already coach students approaching key decision points such as A level options, work choices or apprenticeship options. I have 22 years of Coaching, training and leadership experience as a senior officer in the Royal Air Force.
