One instance of relevant experience was my role working at a summer camp, in this role I was part of a team that implemented and organised activities for a group of twenty children. The experience gave me valuable knowledge on how to make tasks and learning engaging. Despite my best efforts children would sometimes not want to engage thus how to negotiate and manage behaviour was an essential skill that I gained. lastly and importantly I learnt the necessary steps to safeguarding and making sure proper steps and procedures are taken.
