I am very passionate about working with my students. My lessons are aimed at improving my students' English language skills by building up a friendly rapport, finding out what makes them tick, and finding out what type of lesson works best for them

I will listen to my student. I will note the areas where they need improving - some obvious, some not so - and let them know where I believe are areas we can improve on first. The results should speak for themselves giving the student encouragement to continue to improve.
