All session's will be programmed prior, taking into account injuries, goals, limitations and kit available. The session will start off with mobility and warm up, activating the muscles. We will then go through the main lift such as deadlifts or squats together with core. This will then be followed by accessory movements and perhaps a finisher.
Online sessions are £60 per hour
In person sessions are £75 per hour based in Monument, City of London
