Working as a teaching assistant in a montessori exposed me to the needs of most learners. As a result oriented person, I assisted students identify their potentials and improved upon it. One of my priorities is to impact life as a result, I cease not to learn anything that is beneficial to growth. I have studied and taught others using the growth mindset practically. I worked as a civic education officer and my role was to educate the citizens and students on their rights and responsibilities as a well as train them to be responsible citizens in the Country, Ghana. I also educated the learners on any topical issues of national interest using practical means and problem solving skills. For example, after identifying the need for a clean environment, I organised a clean up exercise with the students, cleaned up the community and the schools and it was appreciated and praised by the chiefs and teachers in the community.
