Chemistry teacher with 1 year experience and vast knowledge of A level Chemistry

My rigorous teaching method and cheerful nature allow questions about the topic in the discussion to flow and also raises the chance for students to divulge in the subject and clear knowledge gaps and I aim at fostering a conductive and mature environment which trains the intellectual mind and helps develop interests I believe that this open doors to developing focus and helps the mind to be dynamic and think flexibly about the question posed by the examiner.
The questions I develop from the course helps students become metacognitive so when they sit the exam they can be precise and accurate in their answers.
The frame of action during the class is that each student should answer the same question one after the other building up ideas and remain motivated so that each student during and after the class can easily process information from all senses and be proactive. This tends to help when reflecting after the class it’ll help them understand where they stand from what they've learnt and how they'd like to adjust their outlook so that they can easily soak up the information from future classes and develop themselves to achieve excellence and discipline
