Anyone who is wanting to learn programming or improve their skills in the basics of algebra, calculus and linear algebra!

I am a patient teacher with 4 years of experience teaching kindergarten, after school, middle school and graduate teaching. I take an adaptive approach to teaching. In my experience, this usually results in one of two approaches (or a combination of them): 1) "Here is the information, here are some examples. After you have done them, let's go over the examples to see what you did wrong." 2) "We're going to work on helping you think like a [insert discipline] as we go over the material that extends beyond marks." Both approaches have their advantages--so it depends on the student's needs.
