I start my class with standing Asanas for warming up the body , then gradually increase the intensity of the class with Hatha , Vinyasa Yoga Flow . Then end the class with Pranayama and Meditation.

I start my class with standing Asanas , then slowly increase the rhythm of class by increasing the intensity of Asanas . Then end the class with forward folds , shoulder stand , followed by spine strengthening Asanas , Shavanasa and then Pranayama .

I am having a great experience with Harsh.Yoga was always boring for me, but Harsh made it more energetic and refresing to me. I'm having so many physical issues.Frozen shoulder, thight glutes, stiffness in hip joints, couldn't sit crossed legs.But after doing Yoga with Harsh I can see the difference, Now started sitting crossed legs for some times, can sit on my feets ,can move my shoulder clockwise and can see a little better strength in me.Thanks Harsh !!!

Amazing! Doing yoga in harshu didi’s sessions was very relaxing and gave calming effect to my mind. One the other hand, it also helped me become flexible, keeping body weight proportionate to my height. I felt comfortable in all the sessions. More than just yoga lessons, harshu didi also gave me some other valuable life lessons.
