Clinical Microbiology Online Tutor

First of all I am passionate about teaching Medical Microbiology and Immunology
I believe, effective teaching not only involves being passionate about a subject, but being able to convey it to students effectively, so that they will understand, conceptualize it and be able to then think and apply it appropriately to their professional needs. Me, being a teacher of Medical Microbiology and Immunology since 1997 would like to recognize individuality in my students. As, every student has a life, a story, thoughts, and feelings that they bring with them to the classroom and to their learning process, I prefer to modulate my teaching modalities according to their needs.
My first aim is to make students understand the basic concepts of Medical Microbiology so that they are comfortable in learning and understanding the subject matter. Often, students come into a classroom and simply respond by rote or memory to what the instructor is teaching. I believe true learning involves active thinking and interpretation. Thus, the best classrooms are those where both the teacher and the students learn from each other. Teaching should challenge both the teacher and the student. Teachers should be challenged to deliver the course materials successfully in different ways and from different perspectives. Students should be challenged by the teacher and the course materials. According to me, the best way of learning Medical Microbiology is to encourage the students to go through the course material in detail, ponder about it and question its validity and application.
