I would describe myself as someone who combines practical experience and educational expertise with a background.

I worked at cram school for 2 years as a teacher ranging from 8-18 ages. My main subject was Japanese and math. My experience of teaching over 50 people has given me confidence as an educator. Also, I have work experiences in companies for 2 years as well, which need high responsibilities for work. In addition to these, I was a basketball coach when I was in Japan. I looked after 10-14 age team for almost 1 year. In conclusion, I have not only educational experience which is necessary, but also experiences with responsible work and with students in both study and sports.
