The role applied for is Life Coach for Students and I am a HR professional and trainer.

I have extensive experience in designing and delivering learning programmes in an employment environment but, more importantly, have encouraged and supported adult learners embarking on courses ranging from Level 2 Cleaning up to MBA. For such learners the problems encountered are often about balancing financial, home, work and academic lives, and by helping establish their goals, planning the necessary actions and helping measure their progress, I have helped many people realise their ambitions. I will support students by listening, and guiding towards attainable short and long term goals. That is, set the goals, establish the present situation, plan the steps, embark upon the plan and review progress.
