Providing literacy and numeracy lessons to children in reception years and primary years

One of my greatest strengths is ability to communicate effectively which has helped me to give clear messages and instructions to children, to build confidence in children, maintain good relationships with children, also to understand and address children's need.
My other strengths are Time management, and adaptability.
