Everyone has his or her qualities, strengths and weaknesses.
-I define clear rules from the very beginning, therefore I respect them rigorously.

- I show my joy and I congratulate when the results are good, otherwise I talk face to face with the pupil.

-I Defined long-term learning objectives, I reflected on what are able students at the end of the year.
-I involve as much as possible all the students in the course.
-I Regularly give feedback on the course.

- I'm ready to talk to parents, even on light subjects.
