Patient, empathetic, focused on practical Polish communication for adults, using my own experience learning English as an adult.

For the past two years, I’ve been teaching English online to Polish adults living in Poland. This experience has been incredibly rewarding and has allowed me to develop a strong teaching methodology focused on building confidence and improving communication skills. I’ve learned how to encourage my students to embrace the learning process, using mistakes as stepping stones rather than setbacks. One of my key approaches is to draw parallels between language learning and how a child naturally acquires language. I emphasize that, just like a child who learns through constant practice and correction, my students should never feel embarrassed by their mistakes. Instead, I create an environment where making errors is simply part of the journey towards fluency. Additionally, I believe that learning should be fun, and I make sure that laughter is a regular part of my classes. My sense of humor helps break down barriers, making my students feel more comfortable and engaged. This not only makes the lessons enjoyable but also helps memorably reinforce the learning material. By creating a supportive and lively atmosphere, I’ve been able to help my students gain the confidence they need to communicate effectively in English.
