I believe to teach a students according to their needs. My aim is to guide students in discovering their strengths, passions, and values. This self-awareness forms the foundation for setting meaningful goals. I a help students in defining clear, achievable goals and creating action plans to reach them. How to learn a student is very crucial part of teaching? According to my perspective, we should do this through different activities and examples that make things easier for a student. Learning via examples or any activity make things memorable and comprehensive for a student. This approach make pupils interested and enjoyable in their studies as well.
