It all starts with identifying your needs and making a plan as to how we are going to approach your goals. I believe everything requires baby steps however I do love a challenge and will ensure you are challenged at all times. I’m not here to give you answers but help you come to an answer yourself. I will have resources to share in order to give you something to consolidate on. Consolidation is key. Without successful consolidation, your learning won’t be as effective. I’m love presentations and someone who asks lots of questions. This demonstrates their due enthusiasm to perform well.
