Outgoing Friendly Hard working High school students

I currently work as a teaching assistant in a secondary school. My role involves me working with students who have large gaps in their knowledge on a 1-1 basis, for example I teach maths to one of my students that missed a year of school. I also tutor my cousin gcse biology who is in year 11. I usually do questions from various different topics to identify where the student struggles and focus on these areas by explaining further and doing worksheets and example questions. When they are at a strong level, I can then go through exam questions with them.
