Maths tutor providing tutor to KS1/KS2 children

Teaching is a noble profession that's characterized by nurturing young dreams and aspirations and developing their minds by imparting knowledge while societal core values are being emphasized, this is one of the reasons I take pride in my profession because we are the link and bridge the society depends on.
One of my motivating factors and reasons I was attracted to apply was the opportunity and zeal I have to share my wealth of experience that spans a decade as a teacher and a school counsellor - years filled with tremendous results and improvements in children’s academics and well-being. I have taken this as a testament of my dedication to my profession and the children I have come in contact with.
With over a decade worth of experience, I have had the opportunity to work with children from different backgrounds, ethnicities, and religious beliefs. Flexibility, good communication skills, empathy, and adaptability have been the secret of tutoring children over my years of teaching. These attributes can not be overemphasized because without these skills, it is almost impossible to have an all-inclusive classroom. I prepare, set clear and fair expectations, my positive attitude are being patient with students, and assess their teaching on a regular basis. I am able to adjust my teaching strategies to fit both the students and the material, recognizing that different students learn in different ways.
These have been and are still my core values over my years of practice.
My flexibility amongst students is my greatest strength.
