Having younger siblings myslef and helping a lot of family , I have built a strong technique on creating an academicly achieving atmosphere where people like to engage and learn to their highest capabilities. In addition to this being a shop floor manager in my previous employment meant that I was training staff on a day to day basis further reinforcing my teaching techniques and skills.
