I love listening and solving people's problem. If I see my mentee achieves his/her goal, my heart is full and I fill satisfied with this achievement. Due to I have a good problem solving skill in my life, I am able to find the gap between the expectancy of my mentee's and the gap that they have compare to the reality and I am able to conceptualize the action plan that they have to do in order to achieve it. I had helped more than 10 people who applied Indonesian endowment scholarship for study abroad to do an mock up interview, most of them were successfully accepted. Other than that, I also guided people for doing job interview where before the session started rejection always came to their face. After the session, at least once, I was able to identify their weaknesses and how to improve it in the short and long term as well.
