I hold a BSC Psychology, an MSc in Sport and Exercise Psychology, and have over 15 years’ experience applying psychological principles to support well-being and performance across a diverse range of individuals. Since 2016, I have been tutoring online, helping students refine their study habits, deepen their understanding of key psychological theories, and build resilience and confidence in their learning journey.
I specialise in supporting GCSE, A-Level, and university students studying psychology or related subjects.
