My name is Amanda Lai. I am an MBA and hold a TEFL Level 5 diploma. I am qualified to teach Business English, teach English online one-to-one, and teach English to young learners.

I am patience, empathetic, considerate, compassionate, integrity, respectful and hardworking, there is no diffculties for me to communicate with others.

I could maintain a good relationship with my students becauase I always encourage them, listen to them explain repetively to them. I have never punished them nor blamed them.

I work well with my students as I focus to help them on their weakness. For adults students, I focus on their needs, like writing and oral.
