I like to learn specifically what each student struggles with whether its a particular topic or confidence at ability. I always teach from the specification but make my lessons interactive and more of a conversation than a lecture to increase the students engagement and confidence. I use my IPad and pen so I can annotate questions/ draw diagrams.
