Dedicated EFL, German and French Tutor providing lessons to people of all ages

My name is Cara and I am a dedicated and professional EFL and MFL tutor. I hold a Bachelor's degree in German with French (First Class Honours) and a Master's degree in Education (Distinction). I offer lessons in German (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced), French (Beginner, Intermediate), and English as a Foreign Language (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced). I can teach online or face-to-face (Manchester area).

I have a wealth of experience and qualifications related to languages, teaching, and internationalisation. I am particularly experienced in supporting international students with their transition to higher education as well as supporting students with engagement, progression, and success.

I take an inclusive pedagogic approach when teaching as I have come to understand the varying learning needs and styles of my students. It is important that we work at a pace that works best for you, using activities that will best suit your learning style.

I am most familiar with teaching university students and adult learners but I do have experience of teaching secondary school pupils too. I previously worked as an English Language Assistant in France and delivered private tutoring for young learners of English.
