Coaching students effectively to achieve their personal best.

I have extensive experience in Coaching and Mentoring, using the Oscar Model of Coaching to support and guide those in need of direction in life, education, career, relationships - whatever their circumstances and whatever their aims. In July 2023, I completed the Chartered Management Institute Leadership Coaching & Mentoring course, and I am currently working towards this becoming an accredited qualification. I am passionate about people, communication, kindness, and driving students forward to achieve their personal best. This coupled with my ability to build relationships, talk to people, and most importantly, get them to talk to me, means that as a Coach, I have success in making sure others are successful.
