I coach young people to explore and discover their identity and help them to find clarity in their choices for their future

I am a qualified coach (having completed an ICF accredited course) as well as a mental health nurse. I currently work in a University support team and have experience with working with a wide range of people. I will support you and guide you through an exploration of your skills and areas you are struggling with and find out where you want to be. From there I'll provide a space for you to feel seen and heard while we look at barriers to change. I'll challenge you to make changes and step out of your comfort zone in a safe space.
