I would give private lessons catering to the needs of the students in which I am teaching. I would initially via a short series of Japanese testing get a good understanding in where exactly the student’s skill base is and work from there.

I have been learning Japanese since I was 6 years old in school and it is a subject I am passionate about and am confident I can pass on my knowledge to improve whichever student I am assigned to. I have on 2 separate occasions done exchange in Japan to improve my skills in the language. In my final year of high school (last year) I scored in the top 13% of Japanese students in Australia for the 2023 cohort (which was impressive considering I was competing against native speakers as well).
