I am an enthusiastic and motivated person with excellent organisational and communication skills. I am empathetic with an outstanding knowledge of the many different challenges/barriers that people face within reaching their potential both inside and outside of education. Furthermore I have a superb understanding of the mentoring and coaching support with emphasis on peoples strengths and potential while having a solution focussed approach. I possess excellent management skills and have natural leadership qualities through which I am able to inspire and motivate others.  I am an ‘ideas person’ who has solid project management skills.
