I have been working in customer service roles for the past 15 years and have a NVQ3 Diploma in Customer Service expert that i was awarded distinction. To further my education i have undertaken ITIL foundation level 4 which i have passed and i am also undertaking the next 4 levels of ITIL 4 (Leader) to try and become an ITIL Master.
