Destinations Coaching is not a large training company employing contract trainers. I deliver high-quality, coaching programmes and customised workshops, and every programme is developed and conducted by me. Prior to starting Destinations Coaching I had over 25 years experience in people management, coaching leaders, inspiring teams with a vision and driving departments through change whilst bringing up two amazing children. I am passionate about helping people to be the best they can be whilst remaining true to themselves. My passion for coaching started well before my business. As an ICF accredited coach holding a diploma in integrative coaching, I adhere to the values and ethics of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Core Competencies model which places paramount emphasis on ethical behaviour and confidentiality. I am fully insured and hold an enhanced DBS certificate. I am privileged to deliver professional coaching services to individuals, groups and teams who have a desire to optimise their development and be the best version of themselves.
