General enquiry into tutoring. I am going 60% next year and I am looking to increase tutoring

Over 22 years teaching, 17 years as a tutor (with a track record of success- I rely on recommendations), 13 years as an examiner. As an examiner I have marked between 40-50 papers, been a team leader on 8 physics and 8 biology papers and now write the mark schemes for 2 biology papers.

When tutoring, I start with the fundamentals of all three sciences. Once these are masters, I use this prior knowledge to build on. I also coach in how we learn and effective learning strategies to both parents and my tutees. I am evidence based and have read and used the latest research within my lessons.
