I have done ,u post graduation in statistics and computing from BHU in 2015.
According to me the first job of a teacher is to make student comfortable with him/her so that student feel free to ask any question to him, and once a student ask a question then teacher must solve the problem asap according to students requirements and if possible then teacher must tell students the other ways of solving that problem as well, so that student can understand various aspects of the question and topic.
