Professional Science Tutor - Ph.D. in Chemistry - 11+ Years of Experience in the Higher Education Sector

About me:
Hi my name is Hamza. As a dedicated and knowledgeable tutor with over 11 years of experience in Higher Education sector, fluent in both English and French, I bring a wealth of expertise to my students.

I have worked as a Researcher at both the University of Nottingham and Paris-Saclay University, where I also served as a Teaching Associate. At Paris-Saclay University, I taught chemistry ranging from undergraduate to postgraduate level students. In addition to my research experience and teaching at university level, I have mentored PhD and Masters students, published 13 scientific publications in peer-reviewed journals, and presented findings at international conferences.

My passion for teaching has also inspired me to become to become an International Chemistry Olympiad instructor for the French Team, and I have done a lot of outreach activities, including presenting at the Summer Science Exhibition at the prestigious Royal Society, a yearly week-long science and technology festival that offers an interactive experience for all.

I am also currently studying Psychology, which helps me better understand the process of learning and improve my skills as a tutor. With my dedication, expertise, and passion for teaching, I am committed to helping my students achieve their academic goals.


About the lessons:
As a student-centered tutor, I provide structured sessions that are tailored to each individual student's needs. I collaborate with students to nurture their strengths and overcome their difficulties.

I tutor Chemistry at all levels from GCSE to Post-graduate level with expertise in Organic Chemistry and analytical techniques. I also instruct up to GCSE level in Math, Physics, and Biology. I can assist you with developing confidence, filling knowledge gaps, preparing for tests, or expanding your knowledge.

I believe that learning should be stimulating and enjoyable and I make every lesson interesting and relevant.

I am confident in my abilities to help students of all levels achieve their academic objectives. Each session lasts 60 minutes, and I help students to attain their full potential.
