Online maths tutor for all GCSE students, personalising lessons to students needs

Need help improving your GCSE maths grades? Do you need someone who’s engaging and genuinely knows what its like to be in your shoes? I am 19 years old, so I am someone who has been through it all recently and knows just how stressful or uninteresting GCSE maths can feel. I’d love to help!

My lessons are structured yet flexible. Typically, we’ll start with a consultation going over any questions or areas of difficulty which students find particularly challenging, followed by step-by-step explanations and example problems. Once concepts are clearly understood, I will guide students through Edexcel past paper questions, and we’ll review all past paper content, questions and answers/mark schemes and will workshop any mistakes together, so they can learn effectively and be prepared for the upcoming exams. I always encourage active participation and will help my students to confidently approach their GCSE maths exam with the knowledge, experience and attitude to reach their potential.

As someone who fairly recently completed their GCSE maths, I understand it's easy to question why maths matters. Therefore alongside developing students mathematics skills, my goal is also to help students understand the importance for GCSE maths, I aim to show students how maths can be more meaningful, helping to boost their motivation and confidence as they prepare for these exams.
