Due to my placement year in a private preparatory school, I have hands-on experience teaching primary school children of all ages, with a particular focus on Year 1. My approach to teaching is child-centered, combining my understanding of developmental psychology with practical classroom strategies. I tailor my lessons to suit each child’s individual learning style, ensuring they remain engaged and confident. I will create personalised programs for each child, that supports the areas that need help in the most. I am an enthusiastic and motivated individual who is starting teacher training in September.
