I have previous experience working with children and teenagers, between the ages of 12 and 17, within a classroom and outdoor/sports setting. I strongly believe that to teach anything (especially a new language, which a lot of people will find difficult or boring) to anyone you have to connect with them on a personal level and make them interested and involved. For me, it is always connection before correction!
