Bio:

I have been playing the guitar since the age of 14 and have been giving guitar lessons for around 10 years now. This includes group lessons and private tuition. I am an enthusiastic musician that is constantly working on and studying the instrument that I love. I have a real passion for not just the guitar but music as a whole and try to pass this energy on to my students. I am a creative person that likes to make things as fun as possible and easy to understand for all levels.

I am currently a member in these bands;

Connla - Award Winning Folk/Traditional Group!! I am the Acoustic guitarist in this group and we have successfully completed tours around Ireland, UK, France, Germany Denmark, Italy and extensive touring in USA and Canada. We have received critical acclaim and currently have 2 full length studio albums. I experiment in different tunings with this band for e.g. Drop D Tuning and have plenty of experience in these areas if people are interested in learning. :-)

The Haciendas - This is a 6 piece Jazz/Funk/Soul Cover Band in which I am the Lead electric guitar player. We would do a lot of pub gigs and Wedding/Function events. I enjoy this band a lot as there is plenty of improvisation involved with the Alto Saxophone Player which is always fun.
