Advert description
I am a Psychology graduate with a Master’s degree in Developmental Psychology and Psychopathology from King’s College London. During my studies, I had the privilege of completing an academic placement under the supervision of Professor Robert Plomin, a renowned geneticist, where I deepened my understanding of the intricate relationship between genetics and environmental influences on human behavior. Additionally, I have hands-on experience working with individuals facing mental health challenges, which has given me a compassionate and practical approach to supporting others.
I can provide students with a comprehensive understanding of psychological theories, particularly in areas such as developmental psychology and psychopathology, while also drawing on my real-life experiences in mental health to offer meaningful, relatable lessons. This combination of theoretical knowledge and practical experience allows me to support students effectively, helping them to grasp complex concepts while also considering their real-world implications.
I offer a free first session where we can discuss the areas where the student needs support, as well as the ones they excel in, so that I can tailor their learning experience to best meet their individual needs.
