Why am I doing this?
I have always been interested in understanding what makes people tick. After having worked for years in different leadership roles in different industries, I have seen hundreds of people who live a life, which they are not happy with. This is why I’ve decided to make it my own personal goal, through the means of psychology and coaching, to start helping people around the world realise their potential, come closer to achieving their goals and dreams and be prouder of themselves.
How do I do this?
One-on-one coaching sessions will be our format. I will first create a psychological profile of you (don’t worry, this will only be an informal conversation, nothing scary happening here!), then we will talk about things that you’re unhappy with in your life, discuss what we want to do about them, brainstorm ideas and solutions that will fit you best, and create a plan of action. We will monitor your progress, how you get on, and we will work with the speed that’s most comfortable for you, making any amendments as and when it’s needed.
Important.
It is very important for you to trust your coach/mentor for your development process to really work. For this reason, I offer a 15min session (for free) before we start working together, in which you can ask me questions, or we can have an informal chat. It is up to you how you want to spend that time, I just want you to focus on the decision whether I am the right fit for you.
My experience:
I work as a professional life coach in an international company, where I am responsible for the personal and professional development of all employees (25+) - from interns to directors. I have many years of experience working in one of the leading UK banks in various leadership positions, I have experience in online teaching on an international level and have gone through extensive training to practice my profession.
My approach:
I like to take a personalised tailored approach with every student, as I believe that one-size-fits-all methodology simply does not work. I spend time to get to know my client, understand them and only then start thinking about what transformation is needed, and the steps required to achieve it. I am very easy going, friendly, and like to keep things informal, relaxed and create a trusted environment where we can easily share things.
