Coaching Experience:
I began coaching in 2017 with an introduction to Grow model through training with my employer VMware. As line managers we were instructed to coach employees to meet KPI’s and MBO’s in with the business.
Then I embarked on my official academic journey with the Irish 3rd institution University College Cork completing a level Higher Diploma in Coaching and Coaching Psychology NFQ Level 8 Major. During this course I coached a total of 14 clients, and logged 67hrs of probono coaching. We covered the following modalities and subjects outside here
VMware Mont Blanc expedition, I coached and mentored 7 employee’s through the training and completion of the expedition. Logging 35hrs of coaching 5 sessions per employee.
I created my business in 2022 and numerous coached professional’s. Employing coaching on the move, normally in environments least impact by human development. A typical coaching walking session will take 1:30hr’s, to date I’ve coached 18 paying clients logging approx. 130hrs. Testimonials
MSc Level Personal & Management coaching, UCC 2022 – Present, pro bono 50hrs logged and supervised. Continuous development thesis on Regenerative Leadership Coaching.
I worked as dedicated a Coach in VMware from December 22 - March 23 assigned to Legal team as a secondment. Which I promoted my services, contracted clients and coached with enormous success. I’ll actively sought and received feedback from my clients and produced a recommendation document for seniors’ leadership. A total of 18 employees coached 114 hrs of coaching delivered.
