A passionate and effective ESOL teacher, who can create an environment that is conducive to learning. I always encourage and engage students to speak in English to improve their speaking skills. I have been teaching adults in Further Education at West Thames College since September 2022. During this time, I have developed various skills including maximizing students’ talk time through oral test and presentations, displaying excellent classroom management, keeping accurate records of student performance, and communicating with the Department Head and colleagues. I have enjoyed providing English lessons to adult students from different backgrounds, nationalities, and cultures using course material appropriate contextualized and responding to the learners’ needs.
