Advert description
I have a background as a visiting lecturer in motion design and Textile Art and Artefact at The National College of Art and Design, Dublin on three occasions. During the lectures I taught students skills in 3D Design in programmes such as Cinema 4D and Marvellous Designer. One of the students I lectured won a prize using the techniques I taught them.
My diverse background spans textile design, motion design, and graphic design, underpinned by a decade of proficiency across the entire Adobe Suite. Additionally, I possess a six-years of experience in leveraging Cinema 4D for 3D design, enabling me to create immersive visual experiences with meticulous attention to detail.
My passion for technology intersects seamlessly with my creative pursuits. During my MA studies, I delved into cutting-edge realms, collaborating with Midjourney and exploring generative AI through projects with DALLE for certain specified projects. I also worked with more non-AI hands-on applications such as Cinema 4D, After Effects, and 3D printing for other projects. These experiences have honed my ability to push boundaries and innovate within the design landscape.
Grounded in a solid foundation of Textile Design, my journey includes achieving a BDes 1st Class Honours in Textile Design from the National College of Art and Design. Notably, my dedication and talent were recognized through prestigious accolades such as the Staff Prize and the Thomas Dammann Prize, which afforded me the opportunity to conduct design research in Japan.
Moreover, as the founder of SARAHON, my brand was featured in British Vogue and various other esteemed publications, highlighting my ability to translate vision into impactful creative endeavors.
I invite you to explore my comprehensive portfolio, available via the attached CV or by visiting www.sarahon.com. It showcases a rich tapestry of my work, encompassing motion design alongside graphic design, offering a glimpse into the depth and breadth of my capabilities.
