I would describe myself as organised and outgoing. I also believe that of my greatest strengths is my ability to communicate.

Teaching has taught me that students' needs, experiences and knowledge are so diverse and that it is important to create lesson that are tailored to each students' needs and interests. I will integrate activities that keep the students actively involved in the lesson. I will also ensure to provide personalised feedback and support to each student so they can reach their individual goals.
