I would describe myself as a knowledgeable, positive, energetic, and innovative teacher. I have a flexible style of teaching that can cater to all students who are seeking to learn chemistry subject.

I believe in strengths-based teaching and learning which depends on an innovative environment. So it is my duty to create such an innovative learning environment in which students can grow, take risks, and feel comfortable in their own patterns of learning. Apart from this my focus also lies on increasing the ability for students to connect, grow, and innovate not only with class content but also with each other, the world around them, and me as well with the culture whatever I developed in the classroom. In my viewpoint culture is one of the most critical aspects to invite innovation and make the classroom a safe place to create, ask questions, and fail in order to learn.
